Job Description: As a Product Development Specialist at Halal Loans, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and launching new Islamic financing products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Leveraging your deep understanding of Islamic finance principles, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new Islamic financing products and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications based on Islamic finance principles.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new product ideas.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Sharia principles.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new products.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to iterate and improve product offerings over time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product development within the financial services industry, with a focus on Islamic finance products.
• Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles and Sharia compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
